Accountabilities:
- Supporting active sourcing and market mapping of technology professionals through platforms such as LinkedIn, based on role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conducting initial candidate outreach and assisting with interview scheduling alongside Talent Acquisition professionals.
- Supporting candidate screening processes and standardizing resumes according to internal recruitment guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate candidate pipelines within recruitment systems, ensuring candidate statuses are updated throughout the hiring process.
- Developing recruitment expertise by participating in interviews and learning how to evaluate technical and cultural alignment.
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to improve processes and deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Managing multiple candidate interactions while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills, especially for candidate outreach through messages and emails.
- Genuine curiosity about technology and willingness to learn about different technical stacks, roles, and seniority levels.
- Ability to build connections quickly and communicate effectively with diverse professionals.
- Motivation to learn, grow, and develop a consultative approach to recruitment.
- Previous experience with sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or LinkedIn Recruiter is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms is an advantage.
