Accountabilities:

    • Source, attract, and recruit independent contractors from various regions based on specific language and business requirements.
    • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Conduct candidate interviews and assess language skills, qualifications, and overall suitability for available opportunities.
    • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing and screening to onboarding.
    • Support high-volume hiring initiatives while maintaining quality standards throughout the process.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
    • Conduct market research and maintain relationships with potential candidates to strengthen future talent pipelines.
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
    • Track recruitment activities and analyze hiring metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
    • Requirements:

      • 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
      • Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
      • Experience managing recruitment processes independently and handling multiple priorities effectively.
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
      • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
      • Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and manage tasks efficiently.
      • Flexibility to work across different time zones when required.
      • Previous experience recruiting independent contractors, freelancers, or international talent is a plus.
