JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Program Manager / Scrum Master

1. Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager cum Scrum Master with 15+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Agile delivery, program management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership.
The role is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring predictable execution, managing risks and dependencies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across multiple Scrum teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing complex programs, working with business and technology stakeholders, enabling Agile best practices, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes across distributed teams.
2. Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving end-to-end program delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Managing program planning, execution, tracking, and governance.
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Acting as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
- Removing impediments and enabling teams to deliver efficiently.
- Managing risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across programs.
- Coordinating with Product Owners, business stakeholders, engineering teams, QA teams, and leadership.
- Ensuring sprint goals, release milestones, and delivery commitments are tracked and achieved.
- Preparing executive dashboards, program status reports, and delivery metrics.
- Supporting release planning, release readiness, and production coordination.
- Driving Agile maturity, continuous improvement, and delivery predictability.
- Facilitating decision-making, conflict resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensuring adherence to Agile principles, delivery governance, and organizational standards.

The candidate must have strong experience in managing complex IT programs from initiation to delivery.

3.6 Tools
The candidate should have hands-on experience with Agile and collaboration tools.

The candidate should be able to define, track, and report Agile delivery metrics.
