We’re hiring a Business Development Manager with a proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue growth in permanent recruitment.
This is a brand-new role for a true hunter who thrives on winning new accounts, building lasting client relationships, and driving growth in one of the fastest-growing markets.

Key Responsibilities


  • Proactively identify, target, and acquire new client accounts.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and senior decision makers.
  • Partner with recruiters to deliver top Data & AI permanent talent.
  • Manage the full business development cycle: from prospecting to pitching to signing agreements.
  • Work with leadership to shape go-to-market and growth strategies.
  • Consistently generate new opportunities to expand revenue and market share.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven success in permanent recruitment business development — you’ve repeatedly brought on new clients and delivered results.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the drive to build and grow a client base from scratch.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of Data & AI, tech, or related industries (a plus).
