Job Description
Como Estagiário(a) de Fulfillment e Logística, você apoiará as operações do Centro de Distribuição no Brasil, contribuindo para a gestão de inventário, execução de processos logísticos e iniciativas de melhoria contínua. A posição também oferece exposição a projetos e operações regionais no Cone Sul, proporcionando experiência prática em uma cadeia de suprimentos multinacional.
Você reportará ao Fulfillment Supervisor – Brazil & Southern Cone e atuará em modelo híbrido, com base em São Paulo/SP.
Suas Responsabilidades
- Criar e analisar relatórios de inventário e indicadores operacionais.
- Apoiar projetos de melhoria contínua em logística e fulfillment.
- Realizar cotações e apoiar a compra de insumos para os Centros de Distribuição.
- Auxiliar no controle e na acuracidade dos estoques.
- Criar e acompanhar ordens de exportação.
- Interagir diariamente com o operador logístico terceirizado (3PL), acompanhando atividades operacionais, níveis de serviço e resolução de desvios.
- Apoiar o monitoramento de indicadores de desempenho do 3PL e a implementação de ações corretivas quando necessário.
- Apoiar atividades operacionais relacionadas à armazenagem e distribuição de produtos acabados.
- Interagir com áreas como Planejamento, Customer Care, Compras, Comércio Exterior e Operações Logísticas.
Requisitos Essenciais
- Cursando graduação em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Comércio Exterior, Supply Chain ou áreas correlatas.
- Disponibilidade para estágio em modelo híbrido em São Paulo.
- Conhecimento intermediário de Excel.
- Inglês intermediário.
Diferenciais
- Conhecimento em SAP ou outros sistemas ERP.
- Conhecimento em Power BI, Python, SQL ou ferramentas de análise de dados.
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial e automação de processos.
