Role responsibilities
The Field Service Technician Level II is responsible for executing installation tasks, leading installation teams, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. This includes configuring devices, overseeing system commissioning, and providing customer training.
Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction trade and advanced knowledge of electricity and telecommunications. Team management experience and the ability to read architectural drawings are also required.
