Job Description
As a Security Officer Patrol Monitor in Riverside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will bring a caring, reliable approach, work as part of a team, and act with integrity while responding to the needs of the location. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeMon08:00 AM - 05:00 PMTue08:00 AM - 05:00 PMWed08:00 AM - 05:00 PMThur08:00 AM - 05:00 PMFri08:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government location.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant information through proper channels.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.Monitor access points and screen visitors according to site procedures, verifying authorization, providing directions, and/or assisting with orderly entry and exit flow.Support court-related operations by observing public areas, helping to maintain order during high-traffic periods, and/or communicating with site contacts regarding security-related concerns.
