How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Manage automated dispensing systems to ensure timely access to essential medications for patient care.
- Maintain inventory levels to support uninterrupted pharmacy services for our care teams.
- Repackage bulk medications to support safe and efficient distribution throughout pharmacy operations.
- Coordinate incoming supplies and organize pharmacy stocks to maintain a safe and well-organized workspace.
- Serve as a primary liaison between patients, providers, and pharmacy staff to facilitate clear, timely communication
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- One or more of the following required:
- Licensed Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Pharmacy Intern obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking
- IV Certification
- Hospital Experience
