For job details, please see the Japanese description below. 【サービス内容】 ServiceNowを活用したIT運用高度化や業務コミュニケーションプラットフォームのソリューションを、当社の持つ様々なテクノロジーを組み合わせてお客様のビジネスニーズに対応する形のソリューションとしてを提供しています。 【業務内容】 ・お客様IT運用の高度化や業務プロセス高度化に向けServiceNowの製品選定を含むソリューションを検討し提案します。 ・ServiceNow導入の計画から要件定義、設計、開発、テスト、運用のフルライフサイクルでお客様をリードします。 **Required technical and professional expertise** 次のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方 ・ServiceNowの導入コンサルティング、要件定義、設計、開発、テストの経験　※ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/SPM/CSMを中心とした領域 ・ITILをベースとしたIT運用経験 ・ITILをベースとした運用の標準化経験 ・ServiceNow認定資格（CIS、CAD）を保有していることが望ましい **Preferred technical and professional experience** ・お客様の期待値をコントロールできるようなコミュニケーション能力（十分な実務経験要） ・英語力（新組織立上げのためGlobalとの協業が見込まれるため。TOEIC 800点以上がなおよし） IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
