Title: Environmental EngineerLocation: Amesbury, MAJob Type: Regular Full-timeWhat’s the Opportunity?Anchor QEA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented engineer to join our Amesbury, MA office. This is a full-time opportunity to grow your engineering career while contributing to both local and national environmental remediation projects. We are looking for candidates with 6 to 10 years of experience in environmental engineering design and construction support. Project experience with geotechnical engineering evaluations related to sediments are considered a plus.You’ll work on a variety of projects involving sediment remediation, stream and wetland restoration, and other in-water and upland environmental efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in site investigation, design development, and construction oversight, with opportunities to collaborate across disciplines and make a meaningful impact. Work may require travel within the northeast region, and occasionally elsewhere in the United States.The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively, show initiative and attention to detail, and possess a strong interest in environmental engineering.ResponsibilitiesSupport planning, design, and implementation of environmental remediation projects, including dredging, capping, stream restoration, and wetland construction.Prepare engineering design documents, including drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and calculations.Contribute to technical reports such as sampling and analysis plans, feasibility studies, and design documentation.Perform environmental sampling of soil, sediment, and water sampling,Provide field support for site inspections and construction oversight.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, scientists, planners, and biologists.Participate in construction support activities, including...
