Role Summary  

The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting scalable enterprise applications and digital solutions that enable business transformation. The role requires strong technical expertise, end-to-end ownership of solution delivery, collaboration with business stakeholders, and the ability to drive innovation through modern software engineering practices, cloud technologies, automation, data, and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications and services.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Own feature delivery from requirements through deployment and production support.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure code quality, security, reliability, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive automation, process improvements, and engineering productivity initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation and support operational excellence.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives leveraging AI, cloud, analytics, and modern development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, DevOps/CI-CD, and modern web technologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
