About the role

Adobe Experience Manager is being reinvented around AI. Agentic systems now migrate legacy sites, redesign them to brand, generate new experiences from a brief, and stand them up on modern edge delivery.

Most of what we build lives or dies on whether it looks and feels right. We're looking for someone who can build a full-stack application end to end with AI as a core tool, and who brings a designer's eye to everything they ship — someone for whom craft, taste, and polish are not an afterthought bolted on by someone else, but the thing they're best at. You might be a designer who has grown into building real, working software with AI. Or you might be a developer whose taste and visual judgment operate at a design level.

In this role you will
  • Invent and prototype, with taste. Take an AI-native AEM idea from a hunch to a working prototype quickly — owning it across the AI/agentic layer and the web.
  • Amplify design craft with AI. Experiment with using AI to improve composition itself — not just to build faster — and turn what works into a capability we bring to our clients.
  • Validate with real customers. Put your prototypes in front of real customers in live opportunities and turn the result into a crisp, persuasive narrative that proves value.
  • Share the work openly. Be the public face of what you build — through demos, writing, talks, open source, and developer-community engagement.

You may be a good fit if you
  • Have shipped real applications using AI tools as a core part of how you build.
  • Have exceptional design taste, evidenced by things you've actually shipped: a portfolio, a product, an open-source project, a side project people noticed.
  • Are comfortable being the public voice of your work, in whatever form fits you best — talks, writing, open source, or demos.
  • Thrive owning an idea from concept to customer, and care as much about how it feels as whether it ships.
