Accountabilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise and advanced technical support for enterprise applications, including platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, and ArcGIS.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and support incident, problem, and service request resolution.
- Perform application administration tasks, including system configuration, user access management, and operational support.
- Assist with application onboarding, testing, release management, and deployment activities to ensure successful implementation.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve knowledge articles, user guides, and technical documentation.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams, improving overall service desk capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical teams and federal stakeholders to resolve application issues and support ongoing service improvements.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications in an IT environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one enterprise platform, such as SAP, Salesforce, or ArcGIS.
- Experience with application administration, configuration, user management, and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and business stakeholders in a structured environment.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, GIS, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Platform-specific certifications and experience supporting federal IT environments are considered strong advantages.
