Accountabilities:
- Define market entry strategy, segmentation, and ideal customer profiles based on real-world validation and customer insight
- Design and operationalize the end-to-end product-led growth motion, from awareness through activation, conversion, and expansion
- Build and continuously refine positioning, messaging, and value narratives grounded in direct customer feedback
- Develop the commercial growth system, including funnel design, onboarding flows, and activation mechanics
- Architect and leverage an AI-first, agentic tech stack to automate, scale, and accelerate growth experimentation
- Lead pricing and packaging input in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders based on buyer behavior and product usage signals
- Conduct direct customer engagement and research to deeply understand user needs and inform strategic decisions
- Establish measurement frameworks, instrumentation, and learning loops to track activation, conversion, retention, and expansion
- 5–8 years of experience in GTM, growth, product marketing, or commercial roles, ideally in startup or early-stage product environments
- Proven track record of building or scaling a product-led growth motion, including free-to-paid or trial-to-paid conversion
- Hands-on experience designing growth systems rather than only executing within established frameworks
- Strong fluency in AI tools and agentic workflows, with demonstrated ability to build or operate automated systems (not just use chat-based tools)
- Deep understanding of modern GTM transformation, including how AI reshapes acquisition, activation, and retention
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and independently build structure where none exists
- Strong customer intuition combined with analytical rigor; able to balance qualitative insight with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to align product, marketing, and leadership teams without rigid processes
- Experience or strong interest in healthcare or clinical environments is a plus, with sensitivity to provider workflows and patient impact
