As a Guest Services Coordinator, you’re not just supporting guest services operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Support guest services operations: Coordinate department activities and support lobby and bell team members as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality guest service
- Provide exceptional service: Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and in-person inquiries from clients, guests, and team members
- Delight our guests: Greet guests warmly and assist with directions, local recommendations, and general information as needed to enhance the guest experience
- Prepare group documentation: Organize and verify all paperwork, rooming lists, and necessary details to ensure accurate and timely delivery of guest amenities and group luggage
- Support special projects: Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
- Provide administrative support: Assist department managers with clerical work such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying
