**What you´ll do**
We are seeking a strategic, outcome-oriented Domain Advisor Senior Specialist to join SAP's Global RISE Ecosystem Acceleration Team. In this role, you will operate as an Ecosystem and RISE with SAP subject matter expert and thought leader for SAP's Autonomous Enterprise portfolio — with a deep focus on RISE with SAP and transforming our customers with SAP's Business AI platform and portfolio. You will drive cross-functional Ecosystem programs and projects, assist with solution area content, support pipeline growth and deal execution, and engage with customers and ecosystem partners at scale.
+ Lead customer and partner programs on RISE with SAP focused on:
+ Driving demand with our partners for customers to the Autonomous Enterprise and true transformations of their business
+ Creating upsell opportunities for the Autonomous Enterprise and SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Business AI Platform (BAIP), and LOB solutions (Concur, Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc.)
+ Building and validating RISE Pipeline and ensuring our Ecosystem is aptly involved in each opportunity
+ Successfully driving Cloud ERP opportunities to close
+ Enabling our Ecosystem on the SAP Strategy and ensuring the best outcomes for our customers
+ Position and differentiate RISE with SAP across the Ecosystem, mapping Partners and customer challenges and business outcomes, and supporting deal execution with compelling value propositions.
+ Develop, present, and distribute solution assets that are partner ready — including presentations, solution briefs, and playbooks — to effectively support our Ecosystem in positioning the Autonomous Enterprise and RISE with SAP customer segments and industries.
+ Serve as an evangelist on SAP's Business AI platform and SAP Business Data Cloud as they are an integral part of every RISE opportunity and SAP customer transformation.
+ Evangelize RISE with SAP and our Autonomous Enterprise strategy in customer engagements, Executive Briefings, conferences, webinars, and SAP Sapphire events — positioning SAP as a leader in enterprise AI.
+ Collaborate with SAP ecosystem partners — including Value Added Resellers (VARs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and hyperscalers — to co-create joint go-to-market messaging, solution bundles, and customer success content.
+ Share best practices, solution plays, and field learnings with other Lines of Business and regional teams to strengthen sales strategies, deal execution, and market development.
+ Act as a thought leader and spokesperson in customer-facing and partner-facing settings, including Executive Briefings, Customer Advisory Boards, industry conferences, and digital content initiatives.
+ Customize value propositions and solution narratives to align with different customer segments, partner types, industries, and audiences.
**What you bring**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
+ 5 years of experience in sales and revenue generating roles, including consulting, presales, advisory, or customer-facing delivery roles.
+ Understanding of RISE with SAP and the Autonomous Enterprise Strategy — encompassing Cloud ERP (Public and Private Edition), SAP Business AI Platform (BAIP), SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), and SAP LoB’s (Concur, Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc.).
+ Working knowledge of SAP Business AI platform and portfolio.
+ Demonstrated track record of leading programs and projects — including situations with limited, ambiguous, or evolving information and requirements.
+ Proven ability to engage and influence at all levels — C-suite customers, ecosystem partners, and internal teams — with credibility, executive presence, and structured communication.
+ Experience collaborating with different partners (System Integrators, Software Partners, Technology Partners) to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and co-innovation initiatives.
+ Strong content development skills — ability to create compelling solution narratives, presentations, and thought leadership material tailored to North America audiences and market needs.
+ Demonstrated understanding of the SAP ecosystem and SAP's Autonomous Enterprise strategy, including industry-specific solution positioning.
+ Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex technical topics into compelling business outcomes.
+ Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including customer sites, partner locations, and SAP events.

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 137300-294000. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
