We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with experience in ELV and BMS systems to drive business growth, manage key accounts, and support project sales across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge combined with excellent sales and relationship management skills.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, system integrators, consultants, and contractors.
- Drive sales for ELV and BMS solutions, including:
- CCTV Systems
- Access Control
- Fire Alarm & Fire Suppression Systems
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers, while growing existing accounts.
- Manage tendering activities, including bid preparation, technical submissions, and commercial proposals.
- Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities), RFQs, and technical specifications.
- Generate and track project inquiries to maintain a strong sales pipeline and funnel.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management.
- Drive service sales and AMC contracts, ensuring recurring business revenue.
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for solution design and project execution.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and partners.
