You'll own the entire growth strategy across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization—driving both user growth and business performance.This is a highly cross-functional leadership role where you'll work closely with product, engineering, creative, marketing, and executive leadership to build a growth strategy and dating app experience that genuinely resonates with Gen-Z audiences and drive business success!What You’ll Do:Own and lead Nectar's growth strategy across user acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenueDevelop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid social, search, influencer, affiliate, and emerging channelsManage growth budgets and optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and other key performance metricsDesign and run rapid growth experiments across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and monetizationPartner closely with product and engineering teams to identify and implement product-led growth opportunitiesOptimize user journeys, subscription funnels, pricing strategies, and premium feature adoptionBuild lifecycle marketing strategies across email, push notifications, CRM, and re-engagement campaignsEstablish growth analytics frameworks and leverage data to uncover insights, prioritize opportunities, and measure impactLead cross-functional growth initiatives and align stakeholders around company growth goalsHelp shape Nectar's long-term growth vision as we scale the platform and expand its market presenceWho You Are:7+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, product growth, or consumer app leadership rolesProven track record of scaling consumer products through a combination of paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and product-led growthDeep expertise in performance marketing, growth experimentation, conversion optimization, and growth analyticsStrong understanding of subscription businesses, monetization models, and customer lifecycle managementExperience partnering closely with product and engineering teams to drive growth outcomesHighly analytical and data-driven, with strong instincts for identifying and prioritizing growth opportunitiesStrong...
