Job Summary

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst III helps the HR Shared Service Center (SSC) and Business Leaders with research. This position acts as a liaison between the external customer, Business Leaders, and HRIS teams. It ensures data integrity within the HRIS Platform and maintains Service Level Agreements (SLAs) at or above standards. The role also aims to improve quality and customer experience.

Essential Functions of the Role

  • Serves as subject matter experienced for SSC staff in judgment making processes related to all HR operational disciplines.
  • Serves as a liaison between HRIS IS, Business Leaders for HRIS platform updates, new configuration and business rule changes.
  • Partners with cross-functional SMEs for system optimizations. Requires lower-level supervision from senior HRIS team and management.
  • Manages data integrity, testing, and implementation of Business Leaders programs in the HR platform. Provides thorough data study for project implementations.
  • Manages system testing efforts and liaise with HRIS and the Business Leaders to resolve any defects.
  • Possesses an excellent knowledge of both technical and user-facing sides of HR systems.
  • Demonstrates the ability to create functional design for development as needed by the business
  • Possesses a sound work ethic for working with confidential information.
  • Partners with internal HR teams to establish resolution for gaps in processes, additional audit needs and interface errors.
  • Reviews SSC knowledge base to maintain working knowledge of all HR applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
  • EXPERIENCE - 5 Years of Relevant Experience 

     

  • Experience with SAAS HRIS platforms. (Workday, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Taleo etc.)
  • Understanding of HR data structures.
  • Knowledge of AI concepts including: 
    • Machine Learning
    • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
    • Predictive Analytics
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Understanding of data privacy, bias mitigation, and Responsible AI principles.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

     

     

     

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in HR Analytics, HRIS, or Data Science.
  • Experience training or tuning AI models.
  • Experience with automation technologies such as: 
    • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
    • Workflow engines
    • HR chatbots
  • Technical experience with: 

    • Python
    • SQL
    • Enterprise AI platforms
