Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Night Auditor with strong administrative and problem-solving skills to join the team. As a Night Auditor, you'll do more than balance daily financial transactions and ensure a smooth overnight operation—you'll provide exceptional guest service, create a welcoming environment, and uphold Hilton's light and warmth of hospitality throughout the night.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • Open availability with the ability to work AM/PM shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • The ability to effectively communication with English language-speaking guests.
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous Front Desk experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Most importantly, a genuine heart for hospitality and the ability to provide exceptional guest service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

As a Night Auditor, you’re not just overseeing overnight financial audits and reconciliations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets
  • Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports
  • Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings
  • Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use
  • Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
