Accountabilities:

    • Act as a first point of contact for clients and brokerage partners, addressing service requests and operational questions.
    • Support a wide range of brokerage-related inquiries, including account services, trading activities, transfers, funding, and operational processes.
    • Process operational requests such as order submissions, account maintenance, fund distributions, cash and stock journals, and other brokerage activities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including trading, operations, sales, solutions, customer success, engineering, and product teams, to resolve client issues.
    • Provide support for basic technical requests, including API-related questions, platform navigation, workflow guidance, and troubleshooting.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure operational requests are handled efficiently and in compliance with established procedures.
    • Participate in operational projects and improvement initiatives as assigned.
    • Build strong relationships with clients and partners by providing responsive, reliable, and professional support.
    • Requirements:

      • 1–2 years of experience working in the securities industry or financial services environment.
      • FINRA Series 7 license or ability to obtain the certification within the first 6 months of employment.
      • Understanding of brokerage operations, financial markets, and client service processes.
      • Familiarity with FINRA, federal, and SEC regulations.
      • Basic knowledge of KYC requirements and client onboarding processes.
      • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability when managing financial and operational tasks.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
      • Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to take ownership of challenges.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively within a remote, globally distributed team.
      • Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning new systems, workflows, and responsibilities.
