This role sits at the heart of commercial operations, where finance, sales strategy, and deal structuring intersect. You will be responsible for supporting complex go-to-market motions across LATAM by analyzing, structuring, and optimizing commercial agreements that balance customer needs with financial performance objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor to Sales and a key partner to Finance, Legal, and Operations teams, you will ensure deals are both commercially sound and compliant with internal governance. The position requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support decision-making. You will play a critical role in improving deal velocity while safeguarding margin and revenue integrity across a high-growth, fast-paced environment. This is a highly cross-functional role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic pricing decisions.

The position requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support decision-making. You will play a critical role in improving deal velocity while safeguarding margin and revenue integrity across a high-growth, fast-paced environment. This is a highly cross-functional role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic pricing decisions.

Accountabilities:

    • Build, analyze, and maintain financial models to evaluate pricing scenarios, discount structures, contract terms, and margin impact.
    • Partner with Sales teams to structure complex commercial deals aligned with financial governance and business objectives.
    • Act as a financial gatekeeper and advisor, ensuring adherence to pricing policies, approval matrices, and contracting standards.
    • Own the end-to-end deal desk workflow, including quoting, approvals, order form creation, contract execution, and opportunity closure.
    • Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, Billing, and Sales Operations to ensure seamless deal execution and compliance.
    • Review and support non-standard contract terms, ensuring alignment with revenue recognition and risk policies.
    • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
    • Drive process improvements and cross-functional initiatives to enhance deal desk efficiency and scalability.
    • Requirements

      • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Deal Desk, or a similar analytical Go-To-Market role (or 5+ years without a degree).
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a quantitative or business-related field.
      • Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
      • Solid understanding of pricing mechanics, revenue drivers, and commercial trade-offs.
      • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
      • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
      • Experience using tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, Tableau, Looker, or similar is a plus.
      • Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong integrity and problem-solving ability.
      • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
