Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a regional enterprise sales strategy to achieve annual revenue objectives across the Southwest territory, including California, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous development.
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with CISOs, C-suite leaders, and key decision-makers to drive new business and expand existing accounts.
- Manage sales performance through pipeline analysis, forecasting models, territory planning, and data-driven KPIs to ensure consistent execution against targets.
- Partner with channel and alliance teams to strengthen market reach, accelerate sales cycles, and create new business opportunities.
- Guide complex enterprise sales engagements, including strategic negotiations and procurement processes across commercial and public-sector customers.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including at least 5 years leading regional sales teams within cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud technology, or related industries.
- Proven success exceeding multi-million-dollar annual revenue targets in competitive, high-growth markets.
- Strong expertise in enterprise sales strategy, territory management, pipeline development, forecasting, and performance analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed or remote sales teams and build high-performing organizations.
- Experience managing complex enterprise procurement cycles, including commercial and State & Local Education (SLED) accounts.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security architectures, IT operations, or SaaS management solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the Southwest region to support customer and partner engagements.
- Competitive annual on-target earnings of $415,000 – $435,000 USD.
