This role carries dual accountability: driving the commercial launch excellence of Arlo cel and stewarding the ongoing lifecycle management of Abecma, while maintaining a forward-looking lens on the broader MM Cell Therapy pipeline.Reporting directly to the Vice President, Head of US Cell Therapy Medical, this leader serves as the primary US medical voice for the MM Cell Therapy franchise — integrating perspectives from across the extended US and Worldwide (WW) matrices with a OneBMS mindset to ensure cross-functional alignment and franchise success. The role requires the depth of scientific expertise, credibility with our external thought leaders, and the leadership composure to operate effectively at the intersection of US commercialization, WW Medical Affairs, and global Clinical Development.This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at a pivotal moment in the evolution of BMS's Cell Therapy franchise, demanding an individual who can balance strategic vision with flawless operational execution in a complex, matrixed environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the integrated US Medical Affairs plan across the Multiple Myeloma Cell Therapy franchise in full alignment with US Commercialization and WW Medical strategies.
