We're looking for an IT & System Administrator to join our IT team and help deliver a seamless technology experience across the company.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our internal IT environment- from employee support and system administration to SaaS management, onboarding, and cross-platform integrations. You'll work with modern cloud-based tools, identity providers, and automation platforms to improve internal processes, implement new technologies, and ensure our teams have everything they need to work efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support and resolve technical issues through the internal ticketing system.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including user provisioning, access management, and device setup.
- Administer and maintain internal systems such as Google Workspace, identity providers (IDPs), and other SaaS applications.
- Configure new tools, connect systems, and implement integrations between internal platforms.
- Support the rollout and adoption of new technologies across the organization.
- Assist with automation and workflow improvements using integration platforms and internal tools.
- Manage hardware procurement, software licensing, and IT inventory.
- Work closely with employees and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless IT experience.
Requirements
- A passion for technology and solving technical problems.
- Familiarity with corporate IT environments and SaaS applications.
- Experience working with tools such as Google Workspace, identity providers (Okta, Google Identity, Entra ID, or similar), or ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Exposure to automation or integration platforms such as Workato, Make, Zapier, or scripting tools is a plus.
- A customer-first mindset with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English communication skills.
