Apprentice — Technical Support

Work Model: In Office | Shift: US TZ (progressive onboarding)
About the Program
Adobe’s Apprenticeship Program is a structured twelve-month training program designed to develop the next generation of technical support professionals. Apprentices join the India Customer Engineering team, gain hands-on experience and training pertaining to customer support for Adobe Experience Cloud products, and build the skills needed to be considered, for opportunities at various companies.
The program runs in three phases:
• Months 1–2 (Foundation): Shadowing, guided case handling, product training, and onboarding to internal tools and processes
• Months 3–6 (Supported Practice): Independently handling Tier-1 cases under mentor supervision, contributing to team knowledge base articles, and attending structured upskilling sessions
• Months 7–12 (Assessed Practice): Case ownership with mentor check-ins
