This includes meticulously identifying patient needs and priorities through comprehensive assessment, developing and delegating customized care plans, implementing precise therapeutic interventions, and continuously evaluating patient responses to ensure optimal outcomes. We empower our nurses to exercise initiative, sound judgment, and independent decision-making within the scope of the State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Every day will be incredibly diverse, providing care to a wide variety of populations including adults, geriatrics, pediatrics, and patients across medical, surgical, orthopedic, ambulatory, and even ante-partum and nursery areas. To thrive as an Med Surg nurse, you will administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments with precision.Engaging in vital communication and collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.Following established policies and procedures to ensure top-tier care.Creating individualized, patient-centered plans of care.Responding expertly to inquiries, concerns, and complaints from patients and their families.Educating patients and families on medications, treatments, and home care instructions.Maintaining thorough and accurate medical record documentation.We are offering a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
