Role responsibilities
The Director of Business Development — Advisor Channel is responsible for driving capital formation by educating and enabling internal wealth advisor teams to recommend LCM’s investment offerings. This role involves attending client meetings as a product specialist and translating complex investment strategies into advisor-friendly narratives.
Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or Economics, along with 7-10 years of experience in financial services or investment management. A deep knowledge of private real estate and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly are essential.
