Accountabilities:
- Conduct and manage administrative and judicial proceedings related to Regulatory and Administrative Law matters.
- Draft petitions, defenses, appeals, legal opinions, reports, and other procedural documents of medium and high complexity.
- Represent clients before public authorities, regulatory agencies, and administrative entities, including handling meetings, diligences, and procedural follow-ups.
- Develop and execute legal strategies aligned with clients’ objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in hearings, oral arguments, and strategic meetings when necessary.
- Maintain and update internal case management systems and client legal platforms, ensuring accurate reporting and process control.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication, presentations, and strategic legal guidance.
- Prepare operational and management reports, supporting decision-making and monitoring legal indicators and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Law with an active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration.
- Solid professional experience in Administrative Law and/or Regulatory Law.
- Proven experience handling both administrative and judicial proceedings.
- Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure and administrative procedures.
- Experience interacting with public bodies, regulatory agencies, and governmental entities.
- Familiarity with federal regulations, administrative frameworks, and legal compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with legal case management systems and digital platforms.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands while maintaining high-quality deliverables and strict deadline compliance.
- Postgraduate studies in Civil Procedure, Administrative Law, or Regulatory Law, experience in regulated sectors, and intermediate English proficiency are considered strong advantages.
