Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Project Planning
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and execution plans in coordination with engineering, facilities, and operations teams.
• Lead multiple concurrent capital projects with interdependencies across manufacturing, infrastructure, and facility readiness.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules aligning facility modifications, infrastructure upgrades, and equipment deployment.
• Identify key milestones, constraints, and dependencies impacting project execution.
• Support prioritization of capital initiatives to align with site manufacturing and capacity goals.
• Prepare Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs) and supporting documentation.
Project Execution
• Coordinate project scope, schedules, dependencies, and deliverables across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across engineering, facilities, manufacturing, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders when scope, schedule, or resource conflicts arise.
• Facilitate project meetings and drive resolution of issues, risks, and scope changes impacting project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate mitigation actions to address schedule or execution risks.
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, risk logs, and change management records.
• Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and key decisions to site leadership and stakeholders.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related discipline), Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale capital projects or complex multi-project programs.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in technically complex environments.
- Proven track record delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Working Conditions
- Ability to work in an open concept office environment.
- Requires movement between office areas, construction zones, cleanrooms, and manufacturing environments throughout the workday.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (<5%).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform extended site walks and inspections, including navigating uneven surfaces and active construction sites.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer
- Ability to communicate effectively in meetings, presentations, and virtual environments
- Ability to lift and carry light materials as required
