Fundraising Operations Senior Analyst

Role responsibilities

The Development Operations Senior Analyst will manage and optimize the donor database for Major Gifts, Planned Giving, and Grants and Foundations donors, while supporting KQED’s philanthropy campaigns. This role includes ensuring accurate data collection, analyzing data for insights, generating reports, and maintaining data integrity.

Requirements

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4 to 5 years of experience with donor databases in a nonprofit setting. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel, and an understanding of fundraising processes are essential.
