Role responsibilities
The Field Service Technician is responsible for the daily support, service, repair, and availability of RICOH managed devices. This includes responding to customer requests, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
Requirements
Candidates should have a high school diploma, with additional education preferred. IT Help Desk Support experience and technical training or certifications, particularly in HP, are preferred.
