Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness classes and personal training sessions that engage, inspire, and motivate hotel guests and club members. You will oversee the proper use of fitness equipment, demonstrate exercises, and ensure all safety guidelines are followed. As a Health Club Instructor, you’re not just delivering high-quality fitness sessions and promoting wellness – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Fitness Instruction & Coaching: Lead group classes and personal training sessions tailored to guests’ fitness levels and goals.
- Guest Engagement: Build rapport with guests, offer motivation, and ensure a positive and supportive fitness environment.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety briefings, monitor equipment, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Program Development: Create and update fitness programs aligned with current trends and guest preferences.
- Operational Support: Assist with scheduling, event promotions, and maintaining clean, organized fitness areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the health club team to support daily operations and guest satisfaction.
- Innovation & Energy: Bring enthusiasm and creativity to every session, inspiring guests to pursue their wellness goals.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Previous experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer, preferably in hospitality or luxury fitness
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA)
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for fitness and commitment to guest wellbeing
