You will also participate in on-call rotations and work directly with hardware setup and troubleshooting.ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly and effective IT support to our Tbilisi team (both in-person and remotely).Help set up, maintain, and secure laptops, desktops, and other user devices.Support our local office infrastructure and keep systems running smoothly.Take part in managing user accounts, access, and basic security settings.Set up and support AV equipment for internal meetings, all-hands, and external events — ensuring video, audio, and screen sharing run without a hitch.Document solutions to common issues and contribute to our knowledge base.Collaborate with global IT teammates and local Operations/HR on tech-related needs.What makes you the perfect fit1–2 years of hands-on IT...
