Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Guest Service Agent, you’re not just ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Deliver a warm welcome: Greet guests upon arrival and complete the check-in process, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance
- Support and assist guest inquiry : Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and efficiently. Resolve guest issues efficiently or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary. Record guest feedback, incidents, and complaints accurately. Coordinate with Operations, Lifeguards, Security, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service.
- Provide hotel and local knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, Provide accurate information about waterpark attractions, safety rules, and F&B offerings. and Monitor guest flow and provide directions within the waterpark.
- Promote hotel services: Use up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximize room and service revenue. Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to improve the guest experience. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and effectively manage messages and communications. Ensure a positive, memorable experience for all guests. Support crowd management during peak periods and special events.
