RESPONSIBILITIES:
Match fabric and cut sheet to ensure correct fabric is being used
Load spreading equipment with fabric
Build spreads for cutting by operating spreading equipment, maintaining quality standards of edges
Pulls spread work down the table for cutting machine
Measures fabric and checks spread for fabric defects, counts ply height and checks fabric against cut tickets
Completes paperwork listing; yardage, number of rolls used, dye lot and roll information
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift up to 45lbs
Must be able to read & write (English Language)
Must be able to work in standing position for extended periods of time
Must be able to work a production shift with overtime as necessary (i.e.: flexible hrs)
Detailed oriented
Must be organized and able to follow instructions
