We are looking for a strategic, account-obsessed Field Marketing Manager to own and scale our hosted events program across North America. This role sits at the intersection of field marketing and ABM, your primary focus will be designing and executing high-impact 1:1 and 1:few experiences that open doors, accelerate pipeline, and deepen relationships with our most important target accounts.
You will work hand-in-hand with our ABM Manager to translate account intelligence into curated event experiences: executive dinners, VIP roundtables, bespoke account activations, and intimate hosted events targeted at specific buying groups. This is a role for someone who understands that the best field marketing doesn't just generate leads, it builds relationships that accelerate deals.
Our existing NAMER Field Marketing Manager will continue to own trade shows and our flagship Synthesia Live event in New York. This role is dedicated to the ABM-aligned, hosted events motion giving it the focused ownership it deserves.
The role
Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Synthesia's 1:1 and 1:few hosted events program across North America, executive dinners, VIP roundtables, bespoke account activations, and curated intimate experiences for target buying groups
Partner closely with the ABM Manager to align hosted event programs to account prioritisation, buying stage, and strategic account plans — ensuring every event has a clear account objective and follow-through plan
Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to identify the right accounts, contacts, and moments for hosted event outreach, and ensure tight pre- and post-event coordination
Design event experiences with a deliberate commercial outcome in mind: opening new opportunities at target accounts, accelerating stalled pipeline, and strengthening multi-threaded relationships within key buying groups
Develop compelling event concepts, themes, and agendas that resonate with senior buyers and create genuine value beyond the pitch
Manage all logistics end-to-end: venue sourcing, vendor management, invitations, attendee experience, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
Continuously track and report on hosted event performance — measuring sourced and influenced pipeline, opportunity progression, and ROI in partnership with Marketing Ops
Support our ABM Manager with 1:few account-based campaign activations where a physical or virtual hosted component adds lift
Travel across North America to execute events as needed — flexibility to travel regularly is a key part of this role
Experience
4-7 years of B2B field marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or high-growth tech
Proven track record of designing and executing hosted events programs — executive dinners, roundtables, VIP activations — with clear pipeline outcomes
Direct experience working alongside or within an ABM function, translating account intelligence into targeted field marketing programs
Strong background partnering with Sales and SDR teams on account-based outreach, pre-event targeting, and post-event follow-through
Experience running 1:1 and 1:few event formats alongside broader field programs — you understand both motions and when to use each
Experience with pipeline attribution and reporting, including sourced vs influenced opportunity tracking
Skills
Deep understanding of account-based marketing principles and how field marketing programs can be built around account intent and buying stage
Strong event production skills — you can concept, plan, and execute a high-quality intimate event from scratch
Experience managing marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot & Salesforce), including campaign tracking and account-level reporting
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, including pipeline attribution reporting
Exceptional project management and organisational skills — able to run multiple concurrent events across different accounts and stages
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable briefing senior stakeholders and crafting compelling event invitations and follow-up narratives
Traits
Account-obsessed — you think in terms of relationships and buying groups, not just leads and registrations
Highly proactive with strong ownership mentality; you drive programs forward without waiting to be told
Comfortable balancing strategic planning with meticulous hands-on execution
Collaborative and influential — you work naturally across Sales, ABM, and Marketing Ops to get things done
Creative in how you design event experiences that feel genuinely valuable to senior buyers
Adaptable in a fast-paced, scaling environment where priorities can shift quickly
