We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Corporate team in Panama City Beach, FL.
Essential Functions
Process bi-weekly payroll as part of a team
Maintain accurate employee payroll and HR records
Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
Prepare COBRA notification packages and assist with benefits administration
Reconcile payroll and benefits invoices prior to submission to Accounts Payable
Assist with payroll-related general ledger reconciliations
Prepare required government and compliance reports
Generate routine and ad hoc reports for management
Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations
Support broader HR operations as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience processing payroll
Attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive data
High level of organization
Able to work under tight deadlines
Competent with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with ADP preferred
Able to work within a team setting
Pay Rate
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
