Accountabilities:
- Build and manage a comprehensive content engine across search, social media, email, newsletters, and brand channels.
- Own editorial planning, content calendars, production workflows, and performance measurement.
- Create high-quality content across formats including SEO articles, thought leadership pieces, newsletters, videos, podcasts, ebooks, and customer stories.
- Develop SEO and AEO strategies to improve search visibility and increase content discovery through traditional search engines and AI platforms.
- Partner with executives to create authentic thought leadership content, including social posts, essays, and industry perspectives.
- Establish and grow new content channels, including community platforms, social networks, and emerging distribution opportunities.
- Lead creative brand campaigns across multimedia formats while maintaining a consistent brand voice and quality standard.
- Manage external creative partners such as writers, designers, videographers, and production specialists.
- Launch and grow customer marketing initiatives, including case studies, customer narratives, and lifecycle content.
- Build AI-assisted content workflows using modern AI tools to increase production speed while maintaining editorial quality.
- Analyze content performance, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve content strategy based on data insights.
- 5–7+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, brand marketing, editorial, or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to create content across multiple formats, including long-form articles, social content, newsletters, videos, podcasts, and ebooks.
- Strong understanding of content distribution strategies across LinkedIn, search, social platforms, email, communities, and emerging channels.
- Experience launching and growing content channels from the ground up.
- Ability to balance content quality with high-volume publishing and rapid experimentation.
- Strong understanding of B2B brand building and how content contributes to pipeline generation and market positioning.
- Proven ability to develop executive thought leadership and translate complex topics into engaging narratives.
- Experience using AI-powered tools to improve content creation workflows and operational efficiency.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience marketing to financial services, fintech, cybersecurity, or other regulated industries.
- Background in journalism, editorial, or long-form storytelling.
- Experience producing video content, podcasts, or multimedia campaigns.
- Familiarity with building content-driven web experiences, landing pages, or microsites.
- Experience working in a high-growth technology company environment.
- Knowledge of AI content workflows, automation tools, or agent-based AI systems.
