Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented Inspector / Packers to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting products for quality, packaging finished goods, and ensuring all materials meet customer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect finished products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies
- Package materials according to customer specifications and quality standards
- Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks
- Separate and report non-conforming or defective products
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records
- Ensure proper labeling, packing, and staging of materials
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
- Keep work area clean and organized (5S standards)
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred
- Experience in inspection, packing, or quality control is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
