Base pay range $219,000.00/yr - $288,000.00/yr Meta is seeking a Treasury Director to join our Treasury Organization. Treasury’s mission is to enable growth, profitability and maximize shareholder value by effectively managing liquidity, maximize the efficient use of resources, minimize financial risks, provide advisory to business, and identify capital resources optimization opportunities. This leader will have a proven track record of providing Treasury advisory to key Business and Finance initiatives in a fast-paced environment, and supporting the management of execution across relevant Treasury pillars. You are a self-starter, fast learner and capable of working with limited direction while taking full ownership of your areas of responsibility. This leader will be expected to anticipate and surface issues, solve problems, recommend solutions, and exercise good business judgment while performing these functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong Treasury background and expertise in areas of cash management, banking products, payment landscape, control, and governance, as well as strong communication skills to effectively facilitate information flow between cross functional business partners and internal Treasury. Effective time management and prioritization skills in managing multiple projects are essential to the success of this role.
