You will help drive continuous improvement across business processes, IT systems, and user adoption. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Maintain Process Models: Update process models and insights in Signavio based on change requests, ensuring accurate and up-to-date representations of business processes. • Manage Enterprise Architecture: Maintain enterprise architecture and app portfolios in LeanIX, supporting the organization's overall IT landscape. • Support Digital Adoption: Utilize WalkMe to support digital adoption and provide in-app guidance, enhancing user experience and driving adoption. • Drive Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that optimize business processes and IT systems. **Required technical and professional expertise** • SAP BTM Solution Maintenance: Experience with maintaining SAP Business Transformation Management (BTM) solutions using tools such as Signavio, LeanIX, and WalkMe, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. • Process Model Updates: Experience in updating process models and insights in Signavio based on change requests, demonstrating attention to detail and ability to accurately represent business processes. • Enterprise Architecture Management: Experience with maintaining enterprise architecture and app portfolios in LeanIX, showcasing understanding of IT landscape management and organizational needs. • Digital Adoption Support: Experience in utilizing WalkMe to support digital adoption and provide in-app guidance, highlighting ability to enhance user experience and drive adoption. • Continuous Improvement: Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that optimize business processes and IT systems, demonstrating ability to drive continuous improvement. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Proficiency in SAP BTM Tools: Experience with SAP Business Transformation Management (BTM) solutions using Signavio, LeanIX, and WalkMe, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. • Enterprise Architecture Knowledge: Familiarity with maintaining enterprise architecture and app portfolios in LeanIX, showcasing understanding of IT landscape management and organizational needs. • Digital Adoption Expertise: Experience in utilizing WalkMe to support digital adoption and provide in-app guidance, highlighting ability to enhance user experience and drive adoption.
