Private Wealth, Investment Manager
As a Private Wealth, Investment Manager, you will be responsible for helping Citizens team win new assets under management by assisting the team in bringing in new high net worth and institutional clients and identifying new opportunities with existing clients, through advising on investment solutions. The Private Wealth Investment Manager is the senior, client facing investment expert in the local market.
Primary responsibilities include
- Responsible for the completion of the investment policy statement and determining the appropriate investment solutions based upon client’s profile and constraints, including manager selection and type of vehicle.
- Responsible for ongoing client communication, including active market updates and portfolio performance assessments.
- Meet with clients to review investment performance and forecast market changes based on economic and industry analysis, including objectives and asset allocation models, ensuring current allocations are appropriate.
- Develop and recommend strategies to achieve the investment goals of client.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services experience working with investment products and high-net-worth clients
- Series 7 and Series 63/65 or 66 licenses required and in good standing
- Professional designation preferred (CFA, CFP, CRPC, or similar)
- Experience working within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) environment or partnering with RIAs preferred, with an understanding of fiduciary investment management, portfolio construction, and client advisory best practices.
Strong knowledge of alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real assets, and other non-traditional investment strategies. - Strong analytical, quantitative, and investment research capabilities
- Experience evaluating portfolio performance, developing investment recommendations, and supporting financial planning strategies
- Exceptional relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex investment concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering a personalized, white-glove client experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining responsiveness, professionalism, and discretion with sensitive client matters

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $188,000.00 - $246,000.00 per year, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
