Role responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving net-new revenue by bringing top producing agents to Compass. You will work directly with decision-makers to help them understand the benefits of moving their business to Compass.

Requirements

Candidates should have a B.A. or B.S. with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal skills, a self-starter attitude, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
