Management Positions)Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role1.Perform process engineering and production line sustaining for PVD process and tool2.Work as a team between Manufacturing/ MNT/ UPE/ LBS/ Technology/Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions.3.Support tools installations as well as process ramp, technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process ramp; tool release business flow4.Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management5.Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.6.Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process ramp; operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan(OCAP)7.Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projectsYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed1.
