Accountabilities:

    • Own and execute the global marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, revenue goals, and long-term growth priorities.
    • Build and scale a predictable, data-driven demand generation engine across enterprise and partner channels, with clear attribution from marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
    • Lead product marketing, positioning, and messaging strategy to strengthen competitive differentiation and support enterprise sales cycles.
    • Define and evolve the brand narrative, establishing strong market presence and category leadership across customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
    • Oversee marketing operations, analytics, and performance measurement, ensuring full visibility into CAC, pipeline efficiency, and ROI.
    • Build, structure, and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary marketing organization across brand, demand generation, product marketing, and communications.
    • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and executive leadership to ensure unified go-to-market execution and strategic alignment.
    • Drive AI adoption and marketing transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability of marketing workflows.
    • Lead external communications, PR, and thought leadership initiatives to elevate brand visibility and industry credibility.
    • Requirements:

      • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership of multi-functional marketing teams in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
      • Proven experience operating at an executive level and leading large-scale marketing strategy across enterprise or Fortune 2000 customers.
      • Strong track record of building and scaling demand generation engines with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
      • Deep expertise in product marketing, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy in complex enterprise sales environments.
      • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with ability to connect marketing performance to CAC, ARR, and revenue metrics.
      • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and scale high-performing global or distributed marketing teams.
      • Experience integrating AI, automation, or advanced marketing technologies to improve performance and operational efficiency.
      • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Finance.
      • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, capable of shaping market narratives and executive-level messaging.
      • Experience in climate tech, energy, or sustainability sectors is a plus but not required.
