This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in United States.
This role sits within a high-autonomy new products team operating like a startup inside a larger organization, focused on building and scaling early-stage products for real-world K-12 environments. You will be responsible for shaping product direction from early validation through growth, working directly with live school and district users to refine and expand product-market fit. The position requires strong judgment in ambiguous environments where structure is intentionally lightweight and decision-making is fast and data-informed. You will translate user feedback, usage data, and cross-functional input into clear, actionable product strategy and execution priorities. Working closely with engineering and design, you will drive rapid iteration cycles and ensure products are continuously improving in real environments. This is a highly impactful role where your decisions directly influence adoption, learning outcomes, and product success in schools. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end with minimal process and maximum accountability.
