Field Service Technician-Network
Role responsibilities
The Field Service Technician-Network will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain telecommunications products and equipment. This role includes direct customer interaction to provide extraordinary service and identify sales opportunities.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 1 year of basic technical telecommunications experience or military service, along with 6 months of fiber optic and/or copper cable splicing experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to work on-call are also required.
