We are looking for someone to be responsible for leading implementation projects to partner with vanguards in grocery retail, commerce, and advertising to join the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN). This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States. Not based in Denver? We will offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City a smooth one. What you will be doing:Plan, execute, and complete technology implementation projectsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders representing various business and technology functionsSet project goals, identify key wins and risks, and anticipate potential future risks and/or opportunities in order to manage them accordinglyApply problem-solving and facilitation skills to identify and solve and complex business issuesCreate and maintain all PMO documents to support planning and status reportingSupport scoping and requirements gathering for potential new projectsFacilitate meetings, assign clear action items and follow-upsManage any competing and/or conflicting demands within project teams, using conflict mitigation techniques to maintain forward project momentumLead effective project reviews and retrospectives to gather feedback, implement issue detection processes, and take action to make improvementsSupport the standardization and continuous improvement of processes and requirements that support implementation projectsEstablish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the businessContinually grow your problem solving and project management toolkit through on-going professional developmentEmbrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency & A good idea can come from anywhere What we are looking for:3+ years experience as a Project Manager over successful projects in a fast-paced, technology company or related fieldBachelor’s degree preferredProject experience with external clients or vendors preferredTechnical skills: Demonstrated competency in all phases of Project Management, advanced PMBOK project management competency, G Suite, AI Tools, familiarity with Six Sigma, PMP certification preferredTime management skills and ability to quickly shift from one task to anotherAbility to be self-directed and perform at a high level in a dynamic environmentExcellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to manage expectations and support conflict resolution (resource, interpersonal, etc.)Experience conducting process mapping, business analysis, and/or facilitationExperience communicating with executives across various departmentsExcellent written and verbal communication About Ibotta ("I bought a...") Ibotta (NYSE: IBTA) is a leading performance marketing platform allowing brands to deliver digital promotions to over 200 million consumers through a network of publishers called the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN).
