A Day in the Life

We are looking for a Project Coordinator (12-month contract) to support the planning and execution of training and educational programs across Korea.

This role will work closely with local stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered smoothly, budgets are managed effectively, and operations run efficiently.


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: 

Training & Program Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of training and educational programs

  • Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery

  • Support on-site training operations and logistics

Budget & Expense Management

  • Track and manage program budgets and expenses

  • Handle PO creation and payments (via Ariba)

  • Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts

  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies

Systems & Process Support

  • Manage tools such as VISIO for budget tracking and reporting

  • Update and maintain SharePoint content

  • Support training platforms (e.g. Allego)

Facility & Logistics Support

  • Manage training room bookings and schedules

  • Ensure facilities are ready for internal and external sessions

  • Coordinate and resolve scheduling conflicts

Onboarding & Knowledge Sharing

  • Support onboarding of new employees in Korea

  • Provide training on program planning, expense management, and processes

  • Assist during live program delivery and operations

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience (project coordination, operations, admin, or similar)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Comfortable working with budgets, systems, and data

  • Professional proficiency in English

  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders

  • Experience in training or event coordination within the medical or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
